In what areas do you have homes?

What are the requirements for owner finance?

Requirements to begin:

  1. Photo Identification. This can be a Driver’s License, Identification Card, Matrícula Consula Card or Passport. These must be original, not expired or photocopy.

  2. Social Security Card or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) Letter, which must be original and not photocopy.

  3. Most Recent Two years complete tax returns, all pages.

  4. Most Recent Six pay stubs or if you receive cash income 6 months bank statements showing all deposits.

Additional requirements may be required for complete approval.

How does owner financing work?

Owner Finance is specifically designed for those who have proof that they have the ability to pay but for some reason large banks will not help with a mortgage. Owner finance works very similar to a regular mortgage with requirements specific to this type of loan.

How do I start the process?

You begin by calling and scheduling an appointment to review your requirements. Once you have all your requirements in order, call our office 817-907-8699 and schedule an appointment with one of our Sales Representatives

Do I have to be a US Citizen?

No, you not need to be a U.S. Citizen to purchase a home. You do need to prove your ability to pay and meet all other requirements of the loan.

What is the interest rate?

When you schedule your appointment all the details are discussed in length with you to make sure you understand all the features and benefits to owner to owner financing.

What is the term of the loan?

We have all types of terms available. The maximum terms is thirty years and we encourage you to use the no fee early pay-off process which can save you thousands of dollars if you choose.

Can I put a deposit on the house and is it refundable?

Yes, you can put a deposit on a house at anytime. Once you have fully considered the home and are comfortable proceeding is when you put a deposit on the home. The deposit is known as “Earnest” and is fully refundable upon denied of the loan. We DO NOT want to receive any funds in earnest if you are not fully ready to proceed.
